Using quality control tools such as Micrometer, Calipers, SPC, Gage R & R's, and control planning, Work Precision monitors the production process throughout all phases of manufacturing and guarantees your component produces the highest quality parts to specification. This process begins with our team feasibility meetings meant to capture all critical quality and functional concerns of the program, which is then used to generate a manufacturing control plan. With this process we guarantee the parts we build meet our customer expectations. We have a professional QC team that analyzes every product, applying APQP. Each part of production is guided by especially guidebook and is checked in. Every product we make shall be inspected strictly by precise measuring devices to ensure every product you receive is within the error range. |
